Smoke Control Systems to maintain safe conditions in buildings where smoke and fire spread is deemed to be a risk, such as shopping centres, enclosed car parks, apartment buildings, single storey buildings and atria.

Smoke control systems are often provided in multi-storey apartment buildings, principally to assist escape in the event of a fire, which need to comply to the relevant authority.
